With Farmers
Farmers raise them ethically using environmentally sustainable practices. USDA approved butchers process and package them. We market the ground beef to wholesale and retail buyers and directly to consumers. Our goal is to help farmers process and market their beef so they can focus on farming. Our marketing strategies enable us to offer competitive pricing. Our farmers raise their cows on pastures using environmentally sustainable practices.
With Buyers
Wholesale customers such as specialty retailers and restaurants can count on M3 to provide quality local beef raised on environmentally-friendly, sustainable family farms. Consumers will not only enjoy good tasting beef; they will be supporting local farmers. They can enjoy their meals knowing that their beef comes from cows that were pasture raised on environmentally sustainable farms.
With Processors
We link USDA-certified commercial processors to farmers in their community to help grow their business sustainably. We assist processors with food safety compliance and work to increase their capacity. Processors will benefit from working with M3 farmers by having a single point of contact and a simplified cut sheet.
