Working H Meats and Market is a family affair of the Hardesty Family. Terrie and her two sons, Grant and Justin, are the primary owners and operators. The market and meat processing facility also has an amazingly talented team of butchers and meat cutters. All processes from slaughtering to packaging are under USDA inspection by a certified USDA inspector on site.

Established in 2018, Wholesome Harvest is a specialty grocery store located in Frostburg, MD. We are owned and operated by our member-owners through a volunteer Board of Directors. Honey Moon Farm, CSA

Honey Moon Farm is a small 3-acre farm located in Accident, MD, and is owned and operated by Allison and Eric Boyd and has been in operation since 2017. Their Farm focuses on growing produce, keeping honey bees, and raising free range pastured hens. They believe that small scale diversified farms will begin to play an increasingly important role in our ever-changing economy and environment. M3 couldn’t agree more.

Currently, they sell at local farmers markets, and to various restaurants and grocers. In 2020 they expanded the operation to include a CSA membership program. Honey Moon Farms plans to continue to grow their membership each year. By focusing on heirloom and hard-to-come-by varieties, they hope to inspire their customers to try new things and expand their interests in different types of fruits and vegetables. M3 is proud to provide Honey Moon Farm CSA members with both ground and prime cut beef options.

Mal’s Fresh Produce Place

It all started in summer 2020, Moholt opened a produce stand, and, from the success and support, she had the vision to create a local store because of the high demand for fresh produce. "We needed something here in Morgantown that people could rely on having consistent, fresh, and tasty products." Mal’s offers natural meat, produce, plants & Amish market goods, sourcing natural meat free of synthetic hormones, antibiotics, pesticides or chemical residue and produce free of pesticides or chemical residue. Mal’s is community focused and dedicated to strengthening the communities our markets call home with a true commitment to local business. Mal’s is now partnering with the M3 Collective offering ground and prime cuts grown on local farms and processed locally.

Farm Up Table will take diners on a culinary tour of the South. From the casual elegance of the restaurant to the elevated cuisine. Our breakfast will feature items such as native West Virginia heirloom grits (when available), buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy all made from scratch. Eggs benedict using local eggs with Tiffiny’s hollandaise and a variety of local proteins. Lunch and Dinner will feature an expanded menu derived from Farm Up Truck’s most  popular items. It will also include specials, bakery items and desserts featuring local ingredients. We will strive to make Farm Up Table the most sought-after restaurant experience in the area. 

Modern Homestead Trellis Cafe

The Modern Homestead Trellis Cafe is located in the main house (named the Grove’s House), built in 1904, it has tall ceilings and features many original architectural elements. The Cafe serves multi-course dinners featuring locally-sourced ingredients. The Homestead Burger includes M3’s special ground, served on brioche with fresh FireFly Farm’s chevre goat cheese, mayo and Mountain Harvest greens. Friday through Sunday you can enjoy coffee, espresso, and tea at the Espresso and Coffee Bar.

The Cornucopia Café

The Cornucopia Café will serves a fresh menu centered around local food. They serve lunch and dinner daily, Sunday brunch, and ‘Burgers and Beers’ on Thursdays. Look for M3’s special ground grind in the Cafe’s burgers!
