Humanely raised and sustainably grazed in the mid-Atlantic states, M3 Collective beef is pasture-born, pasture-raised, and pasture-grazed. While predominately grass-fed, M3 Collective standards allow farmers to supplement with grain for training and finishing. We don't force our processors to standardize the lean-to-fat ratio, allowing for some seasonal variation with an average of 80/20 lean to fat.
